Due to the nature of equestrian products, this item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of use (hair, dirt, odor, or wear) will not be accepted or refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
WATERPROOFING INFORMATION
All Star Point turnout blankets and sheets are made with a waterproof, breathable outer shell designed to protect your horse from rain, snow, and wet conditions.
Please note that waterproof fabrics are rated for a specific level of water resistance over time. With extended exposure to heavy rain or prolonged wet conditions, the waterproofing may gradually diminish, particularly along seams and high-wear areas.
This is normal for turnout blankets and does not indicate a defect. Regular care, proper drying, and avoiding prolonged saturation will help maintain waterproof performance throughout the season.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
