No exchanges after 7 business days will be accepted. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for shipping EXCHANGED goods and paying shipping of new items. Items must be in new condition.
Store credit can also be given (minus shipping charges) to the customer on any product in the event of exchange.
In the event of an exchange, exchanges will be accepted within 7 business days. Item must be in new condition with tags still attached to be returned/exchanged.
DVD replacement policy is 7 business days. In the event of a disc error/unable to play, a new copy of the program will mailed to you. No refunds on DVDs are accepted, only disc replacements.
