Return Policy

Due to the nature of equestrian products, we maintain a strict return policy. 

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

Unworn

Unwashed

Free of hair, dirt, odor, or signs of use

In new condition

With original tags attached

In original packaging or with the original bag/barcode

Any item showing signs of use will NOT be accepted and will NOT be refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Horse hair

Dirt, dust, or debris

Odors (barn, horse, smoke, etc.)

Evidence the item was tried on a horse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Used or worn items

Clearance or sale items

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Items returned outside the 7-day window

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Items that do not meet return conditions will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Please return eligible items and place a new order.

Final Sale Notice

By placing an order with Star Point Horsemanship, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy.

If your items meet all return requirements outlined above, please ship your return to Star Point Horsemanship, P.O. Box 1509, Willits, CA 95490. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

 

DEFECTS - if your item has a defect or you need assistance, please email us directly with photos and proof of the defect with your original order # at support@starpointhorsemanship.com and we will assist you in replacing your item, issuing a refund or giving you a store credit.
